Deliverables & Services
- We offer digital marketing services according with the contract or proposal that has been agreed upon.
- All project schedules rely on timely approvals and client collaboration.
- Changes are permitted within the specified limits; more modifications may result in additional fees.
Policy for Payments and Refunds
- The agreed-upon pricing structure (advance, goals, or full payment) must be followed while making payments.
- If there are special reasons, refunds are not available once the work has begun.
- Service cancellation could happen for late payments.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are needed to supply the project with accurate information, content, and photos.
- Project schedules may be affected by material delivery delays.
Rights to creativity
- The final project deliverables (apart from third-party content like fonts or standard photos) belong to the clients after complete payment.
- The right to display finished products in our portfolio is reserved by Hello Web Soft.
Responsibility Limitations
- Data loss, security lapses, and third-party errors are not our responsibility.
- Unless a support package is purchased, clients are in charge of maintaining the website and updates.
Service of Cancellation
- The agreement may be cancelled by the parties with fifteen days’ notice.
- Unpaid services will be billed before termination.
Regulation & Dispute Settlement
- The laws of India will apply to these terms.
- Negotiation, a hearing, or, if required, legal action will be used to settle any disagreements.
